Bessarabia has become the seat of violent anti-Jewish agitation and aggression. Students of the Kishineff gimnasium have commenced rioting. The Military, instead of intervening, are reported to be helping the rioters.
Anti-Semitic literature is being distributed broadcast, only Jews subscribing to that type of “literature” are not being molested.
Some connection is to be found between the students aggression in Roumania and the Jew-baiting of the Awakening Magyars in Hungary according to the “Aurora”, a Liberal Bucharest daily.
