Dr. Chaim Weizmann, President of the World Zionist Organization, is leaving for America February 28, at the head of a delegation of Zionist leaders, to participate in the spring campaign of the Keren Hayesod in America.
It is reported that Achad Ham (Ascher Ginsburg), the noted Jewish philosopher who has settled in Palestine, will be a member of this delegation.
