Resumes Money Order Service to Russia

The American Express Company will immediately resume the sale of foreign money orders to Russia, payable in American dollars. Officials of the company declared that recent investigations in Russia had shown that new banks have been organized and that remittances can now be sent with entire safety through these banks and the Soviet Postal authorities in the form of U.S. dollars.
