Maurice Schwartz, director of the Yiddish Art Theatre, will appear in an English version of Andreyev’s “Anathema” at the Forty-Eighth Street Thetre, the Equity playhouse.
An invitation to Schwartz to produce an English version following his long presentation on the Yiddish stage was presented to him by the Equity players and other noted actors.
