An alternative plan to the present government in Palestine, providing for an Arab rule with British advisers, is outlined in the Sunday Times by a British writer and traveler Rosita Forbes and has aroused considerable comment.
The plan provides that the Arabs agree to carry out the terms as to the Jewish Homeland as provided in the Balfour Declaration.
