Dr. Joseph Silverman, Rabbi Emeritus of Temple Emanu-El, today left for an extended tour through Western United States in the interest of the Keren Hayes. He is accompanying Dr. Alexander Goldstein, a member of the Keren Hayesod Delegation who has just returned from Canada.
