General Haller who has been named chief of the military in succession of Marshall Pilsudski had planned to go to America to collect funds among his countrymen in the United States to be used for anti Semitic purposes in Poland, it is learned.

He was expected to arrive in America June 17. It is assumed General Haller will not be able to go on this anti-Semitic errand.
