The American Consul commenced on May 28th the issue of visas to the United States on account of the new quota for the fiscal year 1913-24. All in all, 57 visas will be issued during the whole year to persons of Palestinian birth, and they will be limited to women and children whose husbands and fathers are residents in the U.S.A.
