Arab Paper Charges French Conspired with Transjordan Revolutionists

That the French government was implicated in the recent revolt in Transjordania is the charge made by the leading Arab organ “Mokattam”.

It alleges that correspondence between the Sultan Adwan. leader of the rbels and a French representative has been found which discloses the conspiracy.

Adwan, it adds fled to French Syria for protection after the uprising collapsed.

Forty cases of ammunition were found with the rebels, it says.

The “Falastin”, organ of the Arab Executive seeks to show also that the Zionists too had a a hand in the uprising.
