Flee from Bavaria: Face Pogroms in Tyrol

In apprehension of pogroms in Munich and other parts of Germany, thousands of Jews are fleeing the country.

Many of them are finding, however, that they are only transferring from the proverbial fire pan to the fire. They are leaving in large numbers for the Tyrol resort, Mirano, which is now Italian territory.

The Fascisti of Mirano are reported to have notified the Italian Government that unless the influx stopped, they would start pogroms.
