Service of summons in the $200,000 libel suit brought by Herman Dernstein because of anti-Semitic articles published in the DEARBORN INDEPENDENT has been accomplished, according to an affidavit filed in the Supreme Court yesterday by Bernstein’s attorneys, Guggenheimer, Untermyer & Marshall. If no answer or appearance of notice is filed by the defendants within twenty days Bernstein will be entitled to a judgment by default.
