The Bessarabian military authorities have ordered the suspension of "compulsory repatriation" of refugees to Soviet Russia, the ADVERUL reports. Even natives of Bessarabia who opted for Russian citizenship will not be compelled against their wishes to return to the Soviet land. The decision to halt the forceful evacuation of refugees across the Russian frontier was arrived at following the return of Minister of War Mardrescu from the conference with the Soviet delegation at Tiraspol, the paper says.
