The newspaper “South ElShaeb”, appearing at Bethlehem, writes: “Zangwill, the extreme Zionist, has delivered a speech to the American Jewish Congress in New York, declaring that political Zionism is dead, and that the Jews must abandon all political hopes in Palestine. Mr. Churchill forestalled Zangwill by saying that Great Britain’s aim was not the establishment of a Jewish state in Palestine.

The time has come, as the extreme Zionists already confess, when the Zionist hopes have vanished.
