Tschechocenek on the Vistula has been completely inundated by the overflowing of the river. The water reaches to the second story and people move about the streets in row-boats. The panic-stricken population are living on the roof-tops; many of the smaller houses having been swept away. Telegraphic and railway communication have been cut off, and the condition of the town is very serious.
