Warsaw (Apr. 1)
Tschechocenek on the Vistula has been completely inundated by the overflowing of the river. The water reaches to the second story and people move about the streets in row-boats. The panic-stricken population are living on the roof-tops; many of the smaller houses having been swept away. Telegraphic and railway communication have been cut off, and the condition of the town is very serious.
