The Immigration Committee has decided on an important change in the bill, which they already decided to report, namely that immigration certificates, necessary to obtain admission into America, shall be good for only two months instead of six months as the bill previously provided. The only step now remaining is the filing of the committee’s report together with reintroduction of the bill with the foregoing and any other changes.
