The daughters of the Rev. Dr. Joseph Silverman, Rabbi Emeritus of Temple Emanu-El, at Fifth Avenue and Forty-third Street, have received a cablegram from their father informing them that he and their mother will sail for home from Southampton, England, on Wednesday on the Aquitania, Dr. and Mrs. Silverman are returning from Palestine, where Dr. Silverman went to study present conditions.
