Ford Agent, Acquitted for Second Time by Hungarian Court, to Be Tried Again

Titus De Bobula, declared by the local press to be the agent of Henry Ford in Europe, and Deputy Ulain, accused of an anti-Semitic Fascisti conspiracy to overthrow the Hungarian Government, simultaneously with the Hitler-Ludendorff putsch in Bavaria, have been acquitted by the Court of Appeals. The State Prosecutor has announced his intention of appealing this decision to the Supreme Court.
