As the election day to the Kehillah, June 15th, approaches, the fight between the contending parties grows more intense.
In the last few days a strenuous competition has developed between the two Jewish Socialistic parties, the Bund and the left Poale Zion. The latter is conducting its campaign under the banner of Zionism. In the literature issued, the Jewish workingmen are urged to combat the Bundist party, which it calls “an enemy of Zionism and should, therefore, be driven out of the sphere of Jewish activities.”
