An Administration Council of Pica, the name under which the ICA is registered in Palestine, was foremed. According to an official statement published today, the Administrative Council consists of the following: Baron Edmund Rothchild, M. Gaston Wormser, M. Sol. Reinach of Paris, Mr. France Philipson of Brussells, Mr. Leonard Cohen of London and Mr. Michael Pollak, Paris, member of the Board of Directors of the Palestine Executive Committee.
