Dr. Arnholdt Ruge, one of the chiefs of the anti-Semitic secret society, the “Bluecher Bund”, and the “Overland” Irregular Corps, and a former lecturer at Heidelberg University has been served with an expulsion order from Bavaria. Dr. Ruge has appealed against the expulsion to the Bavarian Supreme Court.

Ruge is among other things, concerned in the murder charge against Fritz Baer, who declares that he killed a fellow member of the Overland Corps on the order of a court martial over which Dr. Ruge presided, the charge being betrayal of the secrets of the Oberland Corps which had been conducting a secret murder campaign.
