The Jewish working men in the Soviet countries were strongly censured for their adherance to the Jewish religion in a resolution adopted at the conference of Jewish Communist Social Workers held at Ekaterinoslov.
The conference was prompted to adopt the resolution by the fact that during the High Holiday season, the Jewish workers refrained from work and attended synagogue services.
