The recent developments in Arabia will, to a certain extent, affect Palestine politically. This is the opinion of Col. Sir Arnold Wilson, well-known authority on Arab political matters, writing today in the London “Times”.

In view of the new situation he states the Middle East Department of the British Colonial Office will be transferred to the Foreign Office, which will assume responsibility for the administration of the mandated territories in Iraq, Transjordania, Palestine and Central Arabia.
