Short term courses for training judges in the Yiddish language are to be started shortly in the Ukraine. A commission will be appointed to prepare the necessary legal terminology in the Yiddish language and to translate the Soviet Penal Code into Yiddish. This is in accordance with the decision now being carried into effect for giving equal rights to the languages of the national minorities. Several law courts have already been established under this decision, in which business is conducted in the Yiddish language.
