Two more police officers, who were wounded during the attack of anti-Semitic students on the chief of police of Jassy, are dying. The authorities, realizing the gravity of the situation, are taking measures to arrest further anti-Semitic offenders.

As a result of these disturbances not one Jewish student was accepted at the University of Jassy this season and even previously enrolled Jewish students left the University.
