Steps to organize a committee for New York to undertake the raising of $500,000 for the Ort Reconstruction Fund were taken yesterday at a luncheon at the City Club. The work of the Ort was explained by David Sarnoff, chairman of the New York Committee, and Dr. Henry Moskowitz, chairman of the Executive Committee.
