A new school structure for the Hebrew Educational Society, to be known as the Ezra Hebrew School, will be erected in Baltimore at a cost of $50,000. The building will be a two-story brick structure, containing accommodations for approximately 310 pupils. The lot will also provide space for a playground.
Needy elected officers and trustees of the Women’s Auxiliary of the Jamaica, L. I. Jewish Center, were installed at the Jamaica Jewish Center building on Tuesday evening. The new officers are: Mrs. Henrierta Marks, president; Mrs. Era Levy, vice-president; Mrs. Goldie Bernstein, treasurer.
