Arabs Arrested As Murder Suspects

Two Arabs, suspected of being implicated in the murder of the young Jewish colonist, Fisher, who was found dead near Rechobat Tuesday evening, have been arrested and are being detained by the authorities for examination.

A lecture course dealing with Jewish community problems has been inaugurated by the Associated Jewish Charities and the Young Men’s Hebrew Association in Baltimore, Md. Dr. Solomon Lowenstein, executive director of the Federation of Jewish Philanthropies, New York, opened the series. His subject was: “The Meaning of Jewish Social Service.”
