The Polish Government has appointed Mr. Neumann, Polish Jewish journalis as director of the Polish Press Bureau for Latvin Esthonia and Finland. (Continued from Page 3)

Mr. Lipsky also told of the beautiful scenery of the country, and especially around Jerusalem which imbeds itself in the mind indelibly. It is his opinion that within five years Tel Aviv can have 100,000 Jews, so rapid is the pace of development in that model city.
