Sir Gilbert Clayton, Civil Secretary of the Palestine Government left for London today. It was stated that the Colonial Office will endeavor to induce Sir Gilbert to remain in office for another term.

Norman Bentwich, Attorney General of Palestine, who intends to retire, will lecture on philosophy at Cambridge University, according to a report published today in the “Yarmouk”.
