“With reference to our statement in last Friday’s issue which might lead readers to imagine that Rabbi Samuel Benjamin and Mr. Ben Zion have been arrested on criminal charges, we have now ###ly ascertained that this was not the rase. They were arrested on January 12, but not on a criminal charge.
“An application for babies corpas was promperly made to the high court on the ground that there was no justification to order the arrests. A rule ### was thereupon granted by the high court and the ###ness in question released on hail until the return day.”
