A nucleus for an anti-Semitic international was formed by the leaders of the Austrian, Roumanian and Hungarian anti-Semites according to authentic reports circulated here.

An agreement for a joint program and joint action was concluded at a conference in which Herr Schagers of the Austrian anti-Semitic organization, Prince Ghica of Roumania and representatives of the Hungarian “race purifiers” participated. A written agreement was effected, it was stated.
