Henri de Jouvenel, French High Commissioner of Syria, is expected to arrive in Haifa on Monday, from where he will proceed to Jerusalem.
A state reception will be given in his honor at the Government House here by Field Marshal Lord Plumer, High Commissioner of Palestine.
