Temporary arrangements for taking charge of the affairs of the Zionist Executive were made for the period of the absence of the Executive members who left Palestine to attend the Zionist Actions Committee meeting in London during July.
In the absence of the Executive members, Dr. Arthur Ruppin, Mr. Kalvarisky and Dr. J. Lurie will conduct the affairs of the Executive.
