Greece Adopts Tolerant Attitude to Minorities

A decision to adopt a liberal attitude with regard to the national minorities in Greece is reported in a despatch from Athens to the Reuter Agency.

The despatch states that the Pangalos government has appointed a special commission entrusted with the task of meeting the educational needs of the minority population. To the post of teachers in the schools for the minorities are to be appointed only those who master the minority languages.
