New anti-Jewish excesses were reported here today in despatches from Galatz.

Jewish passengers on a train of the Galatz-Czernowitz railway line were attacked and brutally beaten. Several Jewish passengers were thrown out of the windows while the train was in motion. Many were seriously injured, among them Samuel Heller and Simon Schaerf.
