The European Bureau of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, located here, was reorganized under the pressure of the increasing activities of the Bureau.
Mr. David J. Schweitzer was appointed assistant director of the Bureau. Dr. Werner was appointed general secretary. Dr. Bernard A. Kahn is director.
