Lithuania Suspects War Preparations in Poland

The danger of a war between Poland and Lithuania in the near future, was emphasized in governmental instructions despatched to the Lithuanian representatives abroad.

The Lithuanian Government instructed its ambassadors to submit to the foreign governments a memorandum pointing to the military preparation made in Poland. These preparations constitute a menace to the peace of Eastern Europe, the memorandum states.
