Michael Nasatissen, leading Zionist and prominent Russian Jewish merchant, now resident in England, arrived in the United States on the steamer Leviathan on Monday.
Mr. Nasatissen was one of the first contributors to the Keren Hayesod giving £10,000 in 1922. In addition to numerous contributions for Zionist causes he gave £50,000 for the Ruttenberg concession and invested £17,000 in the Nesher Cement Factory in Palestine. Mr. Nasatissen who is here in the interest of his business will spend several months in this country. He is stopping at the Hotel Commodore.
