The strict enforcement of the numerus clausus law in the Hungarian universities and colleges made itself felt in Vienna.

During the last few days a great number of Jewish students have arrived here from Hungary. They are mostly without means. The Jewish students in Vienna constitute nearly sixty percent of all the foreign students in the city.
