Jewish National Region to Be Formed in Ukraine

The formation of a national Jewish region in the Ukraine was approved by the praesidium of the Ukrainian Zik, the Executive Committee of the Communist Party.

The region is to be formed in the district of Cherson and will include forty small settlements. In this region the Jewish population amounts to 85 per cent.
