Deputy Waclaw Wiclicki, who rejected the order conferred upon him by the Roumanian government as a protest against the anti-Jewish excesses in Roumania, was invited by the Roumanian Minister here to a conference at which the Minister purposed to prove to him that the despatches concerning anti-Jewish pogroms in Roumania were untrue. Deputy Wiclicki refused the invitation.
