Vines were planted in the area of Caesarea, the holding of the Pica by neighboring Arab villagers.

Last week the villagers, instigated by the Arab attorney Bustani, uprooted 4,000 Eucalyptus trees planted by the Pica. No action was taken against Bustani and his accomplices who ravaged the plantation of the Pica, claiming that the land was the property of 400 Arabs. The vines were planted by the Arabs in order to establish right to the land.
