A protest against the inactivity of the Palestine government in the Caesarea region was expressed by the Jewish community of Haifa in a telegram addressed to the High Commissioner, Lord Plumer.

The community demanded that the Arabs who attacked the property of the Pica and uprooted the plantations which are important in combatting malaria, be punished.
