The report of the Palestine press, quoted in the “Jewish Daily Bulletin” in its issue of March 11, to the effect that Dr. Chaim Weizmann had cabled to Ben Gurion, Palestine labor leader, that if the labor representatives resign from the Zionist Executive in Jerusalem, he, too, would resign, was denied in a communication addressed by Dr. Weizmann to the “Jewish Daily Bulletin”. In his letter Dr. Weizmann states:

“On my return from my trip I notice in the ‘Jewish Daily Bulletin’ of March 11th, a communication which you quote from the Palestine Press to the effect that in connection with the threat of the Jewish Labor Organization to withdraw its representatives from the Zionist Executive in Jerusalem, it is said that I sent a cable to Mr. Ben Gurion informing him that if the labor representatives resign, I, too, will resign.

“I wish to state most emphatically that I have had no communication with Mr. Ben Gurion for at least six months, and I have not either by telegram, or in any other way referred to the matter of his resignation.”
