Forty members of the National Socialist Party has started a campaign against Jacob Goldschmidt, of the Darmstaedter and National Bank. In pamphlets distributed in Berlin and Munich they term him a member of the “Jewish international of high finance which secretly governs the world.”

The halfway mark in the campaign to raise $1,500,000 for the Young Men’s Hebrew Association at 92nd Street and Lexington Avenue, was passed Friday, according to an announcement made by Judge Joseph M. Proskanter. president of the institution, and chairman of the drive. New contributions amounting to $29,000 were brought in making the total to date, $778,000.

A contribution of $15.000 from Chartes A. Wimpfheimer was announced, as well as a $500 gift from Rabbi Stephen S. Wise. Frederick M. Warburg. son of Mr. and Mrs. Felix M. Warburg. added $4,500 as his gift, and Dr. Leon L. Waiters gave $3,600.
