Deputy Waclaw Wislicki, member of the Club of Jewish Deputies in the Polish parliament, was entrusted by the Polish government with the mission of negotiating matters pending between the Warsaw and Moscow governments.
Deputy Wislicki is accompanied on his mission by Deputy Wirzbicki.
