Field Marshal Lord Herbert C. Plumer, High Commissioner of Palestine, arrived here yesterday on his vacation.
It was announced here that the High Commissioner will confer with Col. Leopold H. Amery, British Colonial Secretary, before the latter’s departure for a tour of the Dominions.
