Protests against the policy of the Yevsektzia, the Jewish section of the Communist party, with regard to Jewish religious institutions in Russia are being voiced frankly in various quarters, states the Yiddish daily paper of Minsk, “Oktiabr”.
The newspaper states that it has lately been receiving many letters protesting against the anti-Jewish propaganda of the Jewish communists. The writers point to the fact that the Russian communists are not combatting the Greek Orthodox religion with such severity as do the Jewish Communists.
