The Walter Rathenau Endowment Museum was dedicated here today at Freienwalde Palace.
The Palace was built by Queen Frederica Louise, the wife of the Prussian King Frederick William II.
Rathenau, the late German Jewish statesman, who was assassinated by anti-Semites, acquired the palace from the Crown in 1909.
The rooms which Rathenau occupied will be dedicated as a Rathenau memorial.
