Dr. Ruttenberg secretary for League of Nations Affairs in the Lithuanian foreign office, was released from his duties.
Dr. Ruttenberg was the last Lithuanian Jew to hold a position in the government.
LUDWIG VOGELSTEIN TO SAIL
Ludwig Vogelstein chairman of the Executive Board of the Union of American Hebrew Congregations, will sail for Europe on July 19th. He will remain abroad until the middle of August.
